      Pros

      If you can travel nationwide and have a strong sales background, and if you love to speak to groups of 5-50, this is your job. The company is VERY particular who they will train and the commission is HIGH but you will work for it!

      Being on the road for several weeks back to back can be tiring, Management is quite heavily worked and that can mean personal attention may be limited but you always have the opportunity to work with other Instructors. know your airports to make travel easier

      None at all.Good location and easy to cummute.

      Cons

      Pathetic company. Pathetic management. No challenging work. Only good for people at higher position with 10 15 years of experience and that too money wise. Worst company for Juniors. Zero interest from Seniors for help and guidance. only 5% of the strength actually works. Rest of them are only doing donkey work or timepass. Only support work for head quarters is done here.
