When company went in debts, no one in management was able to say there is a problems. Instead, salaries just wasn't paid, so people started to spent their own money in exchange to pure promises. Sometimes money was paid, 'for urgent reasons', by making lists and prioritizing. Eventually after 4-5 months of fooling it's employees, company went to bankrupt
