    Pros

    nothing... cant say much

    Cons

Pathetic management service. wish i could give ratings in minus.

    Advice to Management

Again Pathetic management service. ther's no propper communication between HR team. they took interviews and keeps you on hold for 1 month , (saying your job is confirm (pinnacle HR team)) and then they simply reject you.
please don't keep candidate on hold unnecessary . this might be small thing for you , but candidate have to loose 1 month salary.

I worked at NSDL e-Governance-Infrastructure full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good company if you are a female. No work pressure and you can literally tell your senior that you have to leave for the day even if there is work pending. Max they can do is give you a E grade but not kick you out. Generous maternity leave and virtually no work pressure. Only that you have to stay away from perverts like chandrasekar tilak.

    Cons

Salaries are very low. Salaries and promotions are better at sister companies like NSDL and NDML. Yearly appraisal is very vague and biased. Promotions are even more vague and biased. Although the company provides IT enabled services, most of their work is like government offices....papers are everywhere. Mobile expenses are not reimbursed at all. Very few smart people around to help.

    Advice to Management

Hire smart people for department head positions. tilak and sinha have no heads themselves how can they head a department.

Salary growth is less (very less as compare to industry standard).
    All old technologies.

    Advice to Management

Please understand the difference between resources and labour.

Not engaging employees in important decisions.

    Very poor promotion policy.

    Slow in adapting new technologies.

Off late most of the best performer employees have left the organization

    Neutral Outlook

    Pros

    - Job Security
    - Fixed hours of work. Sometimes it increases if there is heavy workload
    - Work pressure is less
    - Friendly work environment

    Cons

    - Poor promotion policy. Average time taken for promotion is more than 6-7 years and by the time one gets promoted he would be no-use in job market as he has already crossed basic age limits for most of those entry level posts.

    - So one gets trapped working in this organisation as he is not promoted for more than 5-6 years and other organisation doesnt cosider him as good resource so he has no option other than working for this organisation.

    - Ratings are given on favouritism or regional bais and depending on mood and facevalue of that person.

    - Sometimes Head of Dept is itself ignorent of which are performing and non performing staff

    - Knowledge or work flow used is of outdated technology.

    - Management is reluctunt to shift to good technology since they are ignorant or risk averse

    Advice to Management

    - Try to learn new things
    - Try to take risk. No risk no gain.
    - Bring transparency in decision making.

    Pros

    Awesome work life balance
    Employee friendly company
Too many holidays as per Maharashtra bank holidays
Too much picnics and events to make your life rejuvenated
    Best part people... awesome people

    Cons

Hr is so lazy that will make life your life difficult
The only reason you would like to switch is for money and position.
As 8% hike is fixed annually but that too on your basic so doesn't make much difference in the takeaway monthly.
Promotion is after 3 years but the probability is less until perform extraordinary

    Advice to Management

Issue tracker to push lazy HRs.
    Retention policy.
More government projects is required for better future.
    Make Friday casual
