Pros
- The project teams are very talented and focused on service - The leadership reinforces the importance of culture and project how important the employees are to the company - It's an international company and they do a great job of bridging language and cultural gaps with respect and integrity.
Cons
- The company grows consistently from year over year, and while that is a good problem to have, it requires that employees are not averse to change. - To accommodate growth, you have to "wear many hats" at times and this may not be a fit for someone who is not accustomed to change
