      Best equipment in the industry

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about you or your family it's all about making money for the company. So many hours your body can never rest and if you get hurt and can't perform you will be let go. Family business Second generation was great to work for but third was awful. Chew you up and spit you out.

      Pros

      The newest Heidelberg equipment. Good health insurance. Typically they adhere to holiday time off with pay. It is a climate controlled facility.

      Cons

      Excessive overtime and many Saturdays with little notice. It is not unusual to be notified of Saturday or even Sunday work on Thursday or even Friday.
