Pros

Had some good people working there. Tried to make it a family environment.

Cons

No Career Path options Puts all the pressure on the operations team. Doesn't hold their sales team accountable. Let's employees get away with slacking off and not completing projects or tasks. Hires from outside rather than promoting from within which has caused employees to lose faith in the opportunity to advance their careers. Doesn't have the basics of their product working but will continue to add more and more features that hurt the business

Pros

None - this company was a waste of a year of my life

Cons

Management - weekly 1on1s non sales management trying to help in sales Marketing - 1 marketing person for the whole US too busy to help anyone succeed Money- stolen commission checks no marketing money help no sponsorship help and only if you have female parts will you go to Vegas events. Culture- horrible - told you are a territory rep but you aren’t as other channel managers will steal your big accounts in your terrritory then they complain when you get the leftovers Do not work here!

Pros

The product isn’t terrible and the pricing is good. Direct Manager was a very good guy, met a few very good people while employed there.

Cons

Senior management is absolutely horrific. The most out of touch and arrogant group of individuals I’ve been associated with. They think they walk on water and don’t listen to seasoned industry veterans offering great ideas. Close to zero training for anyone in the organization, the onboarding department specifically could be run better by a small child. Zero coherent processes in place for such a critical component of the business and the poor reps are thrown to the wolves. Balancing a budget is important but they are cheap to their own detriment. If you’re an adult with children the health insurance could bankrupt you and the salary is well below industry standards.
