    Pros

Since that was the first time for me to do a real job, it was the amazing experience. I have learned many things due to that intern, including how to work in a real word scenario, how to communicate with colleagues through proper methods and how to combine what I have learned from University with what I need to do in the job. In short, it helped me improve myself.

    Cons

Actually, I did not find something that make me feel downside. If I have to talk about something that sounds not so nice, I think maybe for intern engineers, they can not have formal work positions generally. The work positions for intern engineers are the temporary desks.

    Pros

It is a very good company. Everyone is helpful when you are in trouble. The working atmosphere is good and you can learn a lot if you want.

    Cons

You might get caught in the working style most of people did. It is very hard to get rid of tradition and build your own life style.

    Advice to Management

Be fully honest with your self and be honest in what you write in your resume. Be prepare for very hard interview and learn to deal with innovative problems in the interview.

    I have been working at NetEase.com full-time

    Pros

Free food, free shuttle buses, relaxed culture, probably one of the best Chinese companies to work at. Dynamic and exciting company.

    Cons

There are some downsides, as are with any company - e.g. there's quite a lot of inter-departmental rivalry. It's a very large company too, easy to get lost.

    Advice to Management

I suggest to increase communication between departments, put air filters in your offices, improve your Beijing office facilities, increase compensation.

  8. "not bad but..."

    Pros

colleagues are nice and some of them are smart, and all are willing to share their experience. Friendly and easy-going. many ppl there still have passion on news reporting.

    Cons

slow-pace, not much motive to be initiative tough.

  9. "Was really hard work for NetEase"

    StarStarStarStarStar
    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee
    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

Good values paid for each illustration (1000 / 1500 )

    Super flexible deadline

    Cons

The first payment was done too late (more then 4 months late )

Uncountable revisions. In the deadline I usually create 3 illustrations for other company Is possible create only one for NetEase because of the numbers of revisions.

    Advice to Management

be prepared to work really hard
