Team spirit and collaboration amongst employees Creative ideas with employees putting in extra effort and time
Cons
Lack of trust and employees asked to report on each-other Senior Management disconnected from employees C-level even more disconnected, and sending conflicting messages Company lacks direction and promotes a lot of fluff that accounts to nothing tangible Project goalposts change 4 months into a 6 month project, multiple times If a team or department is no longer needed, people are miss-treated till they leave
