- No exceptional expectations from employees - Okay for beginners - Breakfast and lunch at the headquarters

Cons

- Bad, stubborn and friendships-based management - No focus on happy clients nor employees - No focus on code quality or work quality in general - Discrimination of QAs - Discrimination of women - Students must fulfill their school hours outside of working hours, although when they are employed, they are promised complete support for their studies - Working outside of working hours is encouraged and never paid - No fair evaluations of employees - No real growth opportunities - No paid external courses
