      Pros

      Some good people in the Houston office. Attempting to launch a new platform.

      Cons

      Outdated technology, On credit hold from vendors like Avaya and they have let many of their certifications expire. Very few products to sell. Then there is lack of support, 1 voice technician to cover all of Houston, no structured cable engineer.

      I enjoyed working with the local team.

      Cons

      Completely mismanaged company, even after the acquisition by Patriarch Partners. Management led us into a bankruptcy.
