Interfering, narcissistic and arrogant CEO. From what it sounds like, the company was a pretty nice place to work 2+ years ago. Over last 12 months CEO has got involved increasingly in low level technical decisions, overriding his developers constantly on technical decisions he doesn't understand. It's like if someone made the Duning Kruger effect into a CEO. He "promoted" himself to Tech Lead despite needing help from the devs to use Git. Never seen a situation this absurd before. He has literally run the company into the ground with his arrogance.
