A lot of things to learn for freshers in pre-sales and technical support and also as an engineer. you can learn a lot here about technical things

Cons

A lot of politics. Unfair salary deductions for employees. No value of employees. Make exit process difficult for employees. Bootlickers get a lot of exposure and increments. There is no place for HR the department heads do what they please and can treat employees the way they want. Don't allow you to take leaves. Insulting and abusing employees on the floor and humiliating them. Not a good place for sales employees.

1) easy intervivew questions. Myself ,why sales , sell me something rightnow. 2)good people to work with softspoken. 3)good for people who are intrested in sales (strictly) field work 4) office starts at 10:30am and ends at 6pm

Cons

1)office does not have any good infrastructure.its placed in several shops (galas) 2) no canteen facility. 3) door to door selling of products. 4) low career growth. 5) people even after 5 years are working on same position.
