      Pros

      Don't have to worry about not having work due to weather related delays, paid holidays, satisfy customers and they provide company lunches, monthly attendance bonus, tool purchasing program.

      Not getting materials and products needed for job completions on a timely manner due to shipping restraints

      Very little vacation, salary extremely below industry average, little sick leave, benefits are expensive, owners don't know much about the manufacturing industry/lean practices, very little standardization, private family owners think they can do whatever they want and it causes company leakage, company sometimes skirts code and rvia standards, owner has anger issues an frequently blows up at customers and employees to where the police have been involved.
