    Pros

    Excellent Project Opportunities.
    Freedom in Design and cooperation with Senior Management.

    Cons

    Poor decision making by Senior Management.
    Long serving Internal Management difficult to explain Design Concepts.

    Advice to Management

    Make faster decisions in design to reduce costs of repeat work later in the Design Development stages

    Pros

    Good working atmosphere, colleagues are willing to help, can network with interns from other departments, can learn how to process different data

    Cons

    Sometimes very heavy workload, need to stay overtime for work, supervisor is sometimes very busy so you will have to work on your own

    Advice to Management

    More interaction with intern, more challenging projects, more skills taught such as excel and powerpoint, clearer directions in projects

    Difficult to get executive Directors to agree on Project scope
    Difficult to get direct communication with Executive Directors.

    Sort out the Internal Communication between Executive Directors and Senior staff
