      Good lunch options but shady management practices

      Pros

      Lunch on Mondays is provided and usually pretty good. Kitchen is well stocked.

      Cons

      Unfortunately management is shady. To start with, they drug test which I strongly approve of, but half of management walks into the office smelling like weed. Upper management is a strange sort of clique. Upon a former colleague going to HR about employee misconduct, the complaining employee was let go. Another got in trouble because they were caught working from a public place during a work from home day, despite that employees power being out. There are strange things happening here and i wouldn't wish it on my enemy.

      Terrible benefits, awful management, no growth

      Pros

      It is a paycheck and they haven't laid everyone off, yet. New CEO has no personality and doesn't know people's names.

      Cons

      They like to say they're Michelin when it suits them but we do not get Michelin benefits. Our health insurance is worse, our retirement matching is worse than Michelin, they don't even give us the same tire discount as "real" Michelin employees.
