      The communication between employer and employee is great, they never pay late and are always there to help with everything.

      Cons

      Making the therapy daily notes in two places and having to have the schedule in two places

      Pros

      The company offers great support to SLPs, allowing us to best serve the schools we are contracted to. Management is responsive to questions or concerns. There are many resources in terms of education, therapy ideas and evaluation materials.

      Cons

      It would be nice to have more contact with other SLPs in the company on a regular basis.

      This company implements caseload caps, provides health and wellness time, high hourly rate, 401K, and benefits. They also provide clinical support and the team is great!
