Competitive salary. Excellent upper management. Great company culture. They'll feed you every week. They ordered the best cakes! Employees are treated fairly.

None. However, I do not know what it was like working at the labs.

Some changes in staff due to a shift in focusing on the most promising programs, but seems to be common in the biotechnology field right now.

You will learn a lot and upper management cares about your growth in a small environment. State of the art equipment with a focus on including all staff for learning opportunities. Your opinions count no matter what your level. Interesting and fun employee events and experiences that I haven't seen at other employers. Overall, a great place to make friends and build a career.
