      Pros

      Over the years, Ninepoint has been able to attract some very impressive talent. Despite being over 6 years old, Ninepoint, for the most part, has managed to maintain that startup feeling.

      Cons

      Management may be too focused on selling the company.

      Exciting and potentially game changing technology, smart people to work with, good work life balance for the most part

      Cons

      Small company means resources can sometimes be limited, current business model may not be scalable, success of company is largely dependent on clinical trials which will take years to run, benefits aren't great
