Pros
The company has decent benefits, pays well for the amount of work required, and the remote opportunities are attractive. GREAT health benefits.
Cons
Executive Management is somewhat non-transparent and seem to have formed a club of their own. The CEO and Board appear to have made some questionable decisions to purchase some IP or other products/companies to grow. They are playing in a market in which we are lucky to have a large base of customers, but the for being in business so long, Nlyte is not really a mover and shaker in its industry and going more toward smoke and mirrors. Someone else can duplicate the development of our products with current programming techniques and make a good dent in the space.
