Pros
The SLPs and SLPAs there were wonderful hardworking individuals who truly cared about each of their clients.
Cons
Concerns about tax and insurance fraud were at the forefront. Owner continually changed our contracts which included: our time off, productivity, lunch breaks, pay, and even locked the clock so we couldn’t clock in earlier or later despite having to complete notes and plan for sessions. Sign on bonuses were used to lure in young, predominantly latino or bilingual CFs. Then used to trap you into a contract that she would continually change. If I could give zero stars I would.
