We are disappointed to hear that your view of working for HCUK does not match the 86% of employees who “recommend HCUK as a great place to work” (anonymous employee engagement survey June 2017). We have many parents with highly successful careers within Hitachi Capital (UK) including part-time people managers, and enjoy a diverse workforce and all the benefits this brings to an organisation as a result. If this is not your personal experience we would certainly value an opportunity to learn more from you and ask that you raise your concerns with your local HR Partner to enable us to gain a deeper understanding of these high level comments.
