Avoit at all cost unless you have no other options
Pros
Salary always on time Work from home (which is not a real benefit nowadays) Flexible schedule (7 hours of work + 1 hour break time can be used throughout the day)
Cons
Salary is a joke even by Serbian standards Literally every second of your day has to be accounted for (bathroom breaks are included in your lunch time so the longer you need, the shorter your lunch is) Mandatory trainings over and over again The better you are - more peoppe you have to train (repeatedly) without any additional payment Organizational abilities depend from team to team - some teams are better than others (smaller teams much better than bigger teams) Managers get replaced easily, no consistency over time (company doesn't care about their employees staying more than having a nicr profil margin and keeping salaries as low as possible) Mandatory Saturday work (even though thex say they are not mandatory, they tell you that they need you and you have an option - work on Saturdays, or risk never being promoted and/or be given additional duties)
