      The company itself was good and the work was diverse as well as the employees.

      Cons

      They care little about their employees health. Push you to use unlimited PTO but get mad if you do.

      The company allows you to work remote and company benefits are ok

      Cons

      The culture of the company is toxic; lacks communication skills; there is no work- life balance; employees are overworked because they refuse to hire adequate support staff to meet the needs of the company; the company has insufficient training for onboarding new employees … you either sink or swim; salaries and bonuses are a joke especially for as hard as their employees work! Just wondering… does a one percent raise qualify as a raise???
