Pros
One of the best companies I have ever worked for. The workplace is fun and dynamic, while getting down to serious workload in a flash. Currently in a "growth spurt", which means we are taking on more clients from various parts of the country, each with their unique challenges and rewards. The company is very good about working out schedules with regards to family issues. The ability to work at home when needed is fantastic. The leadership is very open and friendly, and is a pleasure to deal with on both a professional and personal level. They are concerned with not only the growth of the company, but the growth of their employees, as well.
Cons
Growing quickly means taking on more clients, adding on top of current work loads. Can get a bit stressful at times, but is manageable.
