I really enjoy the ease of communication and cooperation that exists within the OWNZONES team. It feels like we're a dynamic engine of productivity, that sometimes gets a bit hectic, but always feels in line with our business goals. OWNZONES hires smart people who are dedicated and driven, so you always feel like you're learning while you are doing. All in all, I would say the biggest pro is the people.

OET is a fast-moving startup with a stellar team. As the company gains traction, the workload grows accordingly, and each department would appreciate the extra pair of hands. But what's impressive is everyone's ability in accomplishing their tasks regardless. It's an amazing group and everyone gets along well—looking out for each other without losing sight our individual goals. The overall environment nurtures that atmosphere. The work itself is what you'd expect working at a startup, even a bit overwhelming at times. Again, it's a great work community, ensuring the support needed to get the job done. Startup or not, that's ideal.
