I can't think of anything nice to say about Oak Park Place other than there are a few people that are great to work with.

Cons

The CEO hangs on to your pre-hire personality test results and constantly uses it to reference your "weaknesses." The CEO of this company is very manipulative, self-serving, and unkind. Aside from the poor executive leadership, the company's turnover in leadership roles is higher than any other company I have ever worked at. The CEO belittles staff and criticizes them if they are not willing to make their job their only priority. Overall, this is a very disorganized company with a toxic environment that I would not recommend to my worst enemy.
