Pros

The work environment is calm and completely focused around a productive and collaborative effort towards setting individuals up to be successful at their job. The CEO is so interested in the opinions and perspectives of the employees and actually respects their input. Managers are incredible leaders that really know how to see your strengths and utilize those strengths while teaching you and helping you gain additional skills and knowledge. The flexibility in being able to work remote sometimes is a big deal when it comes to poor weather days, accommodating a sick child at home, or whatever. The team lunches create a sense of community - and truthfully everyone that works here have great senses of humor along with being kind and respectful towards their co-workers.

Cons

I've yet to run across anything I don't like about working at Objective.

Pros

Objective is an awesome place to work. We work on a large variety of projects using a wide variety of technologies. We constantly try to break convention in favor of doing what's the most efficient and effective. The balance between our own product and client work makes for an excellent opportunity for personal growth and growth of the company, and adds a lot of variety to the mix. Anyone working here will likely get to work on a new technology they've never touched before within the first month.

Cons

The requirement to learn and use a large variety of technologies can be challenging and even stressful for some. For other's, it's a welcome challenge.

Pros

- They let you work 9 hour days and get every other Friday off. - As long as you get your hours in, make it to meetings and are able to collaborate with the team, you can shift your hours around as you need. You never have to work more than the required 40 hours per week. - Great people to work with - The developers here are all highly curious people, and exploring new technologies is something we love to do. - We get to work on a lot of different projects with different technologies. It's fun to be exposed to lots of technologies.

Cons

- Only 10 days PTO per year - Salaries are on the low end from what I can tell - Switching between so many projects can sometimes be tiresome. - Using so many different technologies can make you feel like you're spread thin in your skillset. - The way their business model is set up, the company only makes money when we're sitting at our desk logging hours, so there is some pressure to not spend too much time getting to know coworkers, researching/leveling up, etc.
