While we are sorry for the negative experience, we would like to thank you for the feedback provided. We would like to clarify that our normal working hours are from 9am-6pm with the exception certain early and late shift which are shared among our large editorial teams, so that no one has to work more than one of each shift per week. Having these shifts is the best way for our customers to continue to get the information we provide in a timely manner. We would never want any employee to feel they need to work until 8:30pm without a real business purpose. In terms of benefits, we currently offer fifteen vacation days, three personal days, the ability to work remotely twice a month, as well as a sick policy, and meals for those employees that do indeed have to work late shifts. We have competitive health, vision, dental and life insurance plans and a 401k match. In addition, we also offer continued learning programs, frequent employee events and many more perks.
