      For me personally, the job. I am trained in customer service and worked in customer service for years. I thought I would try a new challenge. It just wasn't for me.

      Pros

      Focused on growth - new customers come onboard and the business adds to its products and customer base by acquiring good businesses as well. Everyone is very welcoming and feel like they're on the same team. The office is nice - nice environment with break out spaces and good facilities for staff.

      Cons

      Tough industry - business seems to do well in a demanding industry.
