I am currently employed by OnviSource, and find this posting categorically baseless and false from a failed and disgruntled past employee. Here are the verifiable facts. The posting time coincides with the time frame that our company part ways with a newly-hired manager (and only after 3 weeks) due to the said manager participating in meetings “intoxicated”, as well as a total lack of attendance by this employee to the assigned management responsibilities. OnviSource, for over 15 years, has practiced an unwavering value system and business integrity, and never allows such behavior in the company. Furthermore, OnviSource has been a viable and growing company for over 15 years, majority of our employees have more than 7-10 years of tenure with OnviSource, with several of them following our CEO and working in his last 4 companies before OnviSource. During the COVID-19 crisis our CEO made sure every employee and their families are taken care of, while growing our company during the crisis. These and many more verifiable evidences are the facts that speak to the character of our CEO. OnviSource is a dynamic, fast-pace, and performance-based company that practices a high-level of business integrity, and obviously it is not a company for those who do not share these values. Nevertheless, we wish the said employee success going forward with an advice to improving character and performance.
