      - Flexibility - Opportunities to learn new skills - Very supportive staff - They are really passionate about helping underserved communities

      Cons

      - Some supervisors had problems with communication. If there was a problem with a worker, they would not communicate with them. I think is very important for supervisors to be transparent and for workers to take accountability. Other than that, all the staff members are very welcoming and supportive.

      My coworkers are so nice and fun to be around. They care for the community and it's inspiring.

      Cons

      You are encouraged to do as much work for as little pay as possible and little recognition. The company rarely hires current workers for new available positions. People have dedicated their careers to the company but have been in the same position for decades. Leadership is stubborn about correcting this flaw.
