Ability to drive if competent enough to take the wheel. Clear communication within own small teams. "Just get it done" without most of the politics involved.

Cons

Lack of communication from team to team. Extremely difficult to see goal(s) accomplished.

OpneSpan is an upbeat, fun and dynamic place to work. Impressive technology and development talent, as well as a successful company growth track record. Very transparent leadership. If you work hard, your efforts are recognized. It is an exciting time to be at OpenSpan. The company is doing business with large global players in a number of industries... and seeing great results from the implementations. These scale from single contact centers and back office environments to massive 25,000+ seat organizations.

Cons

Benefits are great, but there is an opportunity to add annual review process and development practice.
