      I was very fortunately to work closely with the management team, there were always candid and transparent discussions on my career and where the company is heading, even though it is an early stage startup, i was deeply sold on the vision and mission

      Pros

      Some of the best reasons to work at Operva.AI would be the chill environment of the company. Even though most of my work experience is in a WFH setting. I learnt a lot during my time there. My ex-colleagues there were very patient, helpful, smart , innovative, etc. Working there made me gain many skills especially in handling a drone. I hope this company will grow to be more successful in the future

      Cons

      I would say the downside of working in Operva.AI would be the lack of an office. Even though it is a WFH setting, occasional physical meet-ups can help strengthen the bond of the workers there.
