Pros

The collaboration here is super smooth—it’s great working with a team that actually stays on the same page. I also really value the stability of the roles here; it feels like a long-term home rather than just a gig. Plus, having zero salary delays is a huge win—it’s rare to find that kind of reliability in remote work.

Cons

You have to be highly disciplined. If you aren’t naturally aligned with the focus and structure needed for remote work, it can be a challenge—but for those who are, it’s a perfect fit.

Pros

The company offers a great remote work culture. Managers trust employees and give them the autonomy to do their jobs without micromanaging, while providing support whenever it’s needed.

Cons

I haven’t experienced anything so far that I would consider a con.
