      Pros

      work schedule. Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm

      Cons

      everything! starting wages are way to low. no raises, no motivating factors, no career advancement. Management doesnt know what they are doing. There is no interaction between the engineers and technicians. The place is a joke. Management hires temps and never offers them full time postions so they dont have to pay for there benefits.

      Pros

      Good company. A lot of employees and is always busy. Compensation was good.

      Cons

      Not very employee focused. Hard work and dedication means very little compared to the all mighty dollar.

      Pros

      Company provides competitive salaries and benefits and employees are well treated.

      Cons

      Management is concentrated in the hands of a few principles and responsibilities are not allocated in a manner that allows organizational growth. Managers who reach a certain level of performance plateau and usually exit the company at that point.
