Work and Life balance. Compares to other electronics companies in Hsin-Chu / Taiwan. Fair pressure with acceptable salary in balance between work and personal lif quality.
Cons
Not too concent rated, with various request from leader or managers, not easy to focus on specific product development. So sometimes wonder if we can have be more focus....
