I have so much to say here, but it will have to wait for another time. But everything you are reading from other reviews is 100% accurate and true. Management is completely clueless and unethical. The language barrier and communication is a MAJOR issue, even though they try to blow it off. No one knows policies and procedures for anything. You are constantly meant to feel like you arent doing enough, but the reality is that you're just trying to do your best with no training, no support from management, no budget (be prepared for them to tell you that you need to spend your own money on EVERYTHING) , no strategies, no communication, and no equipment.

Zero understanding of the USA market. Upper management is checked out or incompetent. Zero leadership here that knows how to run a successful organization. All management does is try to cheat employees out of commissions and cut costs by every metric possible. Marketing budget? Nope. Travel to visit a client? Nope. Why no sales? It's comical how poorly this organization is run from the top and is never going to succeed with this clown show of a management team.
