      haven't gotten paid in 3 weeks working for my new company, abysmall communication, incompetant employees, huge language barrier, its been the worst employer ive ever had

      Pros

      This is a fast growing company. There is a huge amount of growth opportunities available for hard-workers. The work culture is really wonderful, as the process is designed to provide maximum ease to employees. No restrictions. Employee can follow their own techniques and ways for working. The salary provided is satisfactory. Less Politics. Company believes in "happiness of employees" !
