    Pros

The work was consistent and fairly easy, very tedious but satisfying to clear test packages.

    Cons

The management is a complete nightmare. I doubt there were ever two people on the same page throughout the entire company!

    Advice to Management

Stop letting every one's ego get in the way of constructive management, it was entirely too common for someone to get an order from a supervisor and then completely ignore it because they thought they knew best.

    - One of the best contractors in the MENA region with operations in the US.

    Cons

    - No structured system and procedures
    - Projects work independent of corporate structure
    - Lack of integration and databases.
    - Nothing else unusual for a big company (politics, territorial, etc.)

    Pros

    - Great Culture and nice people to work with. It feels like a working with a family.
    - Processes and Procedures are either non-existing, underdeveloped or inadequate, therefore, there are great opportunities to build and improve.
-There are a lot of smart and experienced people in management which you can learn a lot from them.

    Cons

-It depends on who you will be working with, some of the senior managers are old school and are very rigid when it comes to change. So be prepared for an uphill battle to make a positive change.
    - New in the US market and there is no clear prospect of projects in the pipeline

    Advice to Management

Must invest in systems and empower the knowledgeable employees to take charge. The old way of doing business is not sustainable and will be difficult to compete in the market against the big player who perfected the EPC business.
