      I learned a lot from the organisation cross functionally over the passage of time . There is a lot to learn from the organization and colleague.

      Cons

      You will get most of the benefit if you are an HOD and amongst the employees who are there since early 2000.80 % of financial benefits are being gievn to 5% of employee (HOD) .

      Pros

      Company is well established, working environment is good, best place to learn as per position where you are.

      Cons

      Unnecessary work, you should do the personal work of your senior (not related to the company). If you denied then you will be ended. Another is for the increment, it takes 2-3 year and on very low base.
