Pros
Flexible and lots of opportunities to learn
Cons
A lot of employers don’t want to hire people from Outsource and if you’ve worked with of them you’d understand- Outsource will take ANYONE; also, there are steep prices employers have to pay if they want to hire someone from Outsource, which is discouraging; Outsource is quite resistant to increasing the pay of their employees; if you want a career in this field I’d recommend a different company
