Not many. Nice offices and property. Convenient location.

Cons

Unappreciated and underpaid. Most employees are limited to part-time, low pay and no benefits.

Pros

There are very few positives about working at PCCNG. The flexibility of hours.. you can take time off pretty much when ever you need it. Autonomy is also great - feel free to work at your own pace, often with little to no micromanagement from upper level managers.

Cons

Upper level managers often skirt the lines of journalism ethics - write positive stories for/about friends, micromanagement with little to no knowledge about the issues, NO employee training. Want to move up in the company? Forget about it. Once placed in a position, you are never advancing. Upper level manager has unpredictable attitude - one minute he's happy, the next minute he's screaming at everyone. Upper level manager also makes irrational business decisions and changes in the company. Never consults employees about their needs/feelings. Equipment is often shoddy, outdated, breaks.
