    Negative Outlook

    I worked at PCM full-time

    Pros

There's a lot of great learning experiences here.
An organized and creative person can go far.
Progressive Sales Directors and VP make their salesforce better every year

    Cons

Company calls itself Blue Collar, but in reality is more White Collar than most companies its size.
Consistent buying of new companies, rather than expanding workforce capabilities, salaries and training.
Employee well-being is not even an afterthought to C-levels, who do not understand what their employees do every day.
Difficult to be promoted from within, because of ancient HR policies and directives

    Advice to Management

You need to think about your employees well-being first. Not enough given back to them for their hard work, low salaries, and for dealing the bad people who are kept on. Stop letting the people who care about the company and its employees go. Pay them what they're worth...you only have yourself to blame for that.

Employees are your first stockholders. Cater to them and your stock price will soar. Cater to wishy-washy stockholders and you're left with nothing but garbage employees doing enough to get by.

    Your loss to fix.

    Positive Outlook

    Pros

I loved working at PCM in Houston. The staff is highly skilled, friendly and cooperative. The products produced are first rate and the company is very stable.

    Cons

Bonuses seemed to be subjectively given, perhaps based a bit on favoritism. Salary for accounting staff was a bit under industry standard.

    Advice to Management

To compete with the demand for skilled accounting staff in Houston, salaries need to be increased. Also, please realize that annual increases are expected and should be offered.

I have been working at PCM (Less than a year)

    Pros

Low stress, friendly environment and many opportunities for advancement. Generous base salary with uncapped commission.

    Cons

there always a few bad apples in the basket ofcourse but nothing major.

    Advice to Management

well, not all managers are the same but a couple can be more personable and relate to the team rather than just doing what needs t be done and nothing more nothing less..

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at PCM (More than 3 years)

    Pros
