    Pros

Good environment, they got good people working there. benefits is among the best specially those with family. Good place to build up work experience and are very flexible on management style.

    Cons

innovation is not strong here, a lot of weak policy making focus more short term solution only. have an identity crisis specially at management level.

    Advice to Management

Culturally Management have to be more firm on what they want and how they want to shape the company. For the longest time, the company identity crisis, specially on focusing on what they really want to be had become a hindrance to the company growth.
