This company is only beneficial for senior level employees like TLs and Managers because they get all the benefits.

The employer have that level of fear about their employees that they don't even provide salary slips to freshers and mid level because they think that the employee will get a proof of his monthly in-hand salary and then he/she will switch.

The reason to doing all this is once the freshers candidates are able to handle the work then they will start annoying the experienced candidate so that they leave the company by their self and they will also not do a good appraisal because they know a cheap resource is already there to handle the work.
