    I worked at PSG full-time

    Pros

There are no Pros at PSG.

    Cons

Corporate management is terrible and has no respect for their employees. It's all about making a profit and making the investors happy versus taking care of the employees. Employee morale is at it's lowest point and many good people have left the company due too its mismanagement.

    Advice to Management

Restructure Corporate Management before they run down the business and bring in a new management team with strong leadership that knows how to make a profit while respecting the employees.

    Pros

Very little in the "pro" section here. Big company with good benefits is about it.

    Cons

I have never worked for a company that is more distrusting of its channel partners and employees. The micro-management level here is off the charts. Management is mediocre at best right from middle to top. Employee turnover is high because of the distrust and micro-management. I have been here for a short time and am currently looking for another opportunity.

    Advice to Management

Restructure your middle management and get a better grip on your true place in the market you're in.

    Pros

During my employment there I found It to be a very nice organization to work for. Friendly people, nice environment, growth possibilities.

    Cons

PSG like most places is an "AT WILL Employer" so one must stay ahead of the curve and make themselves useful in many ways outside their assigned job title.

  7. "Great Opportunity with a wide variety of experiences"

    Pros

As a Commercial Development Intern I did many different jobs, so it was a great internship experience if you are looking to dabble in a lot of different types of jobs.

    Cons

Sometimes I was not kept busy, but this was a very small problem. I also wish that I had received a performance review at the end of the summer, but I had not. While verbal confirmation is nice, it would have been helpful to have a written review of my strengths and weaknesses that were noticed during the internship.

I have been working at PSG part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Flexible schedule
Great experience for future social workers
    Accommodating to college students

    Cons

You have to work off the clock ( you don't get paid for the notes you write).
Lots of visits get cancelled, therefore you don't get paid.

    Advice to Management

Pay the workers for the notes. Not sure how that is even legal, but I'm sure you'll get higher quality notes and workers that dont have to work for free.
