      Pros

      PSMC is the only hospital and ambulance service in all of Archuleta County. It is the biggest outpatient healthcare provider. Every job at PSMC is important to patients and to the care they receive. It is rewarding to be a part of this team and to be a part of serving the patients in our community.

      Cons

      Can you earn more if you move to a big city like Denver? Probably. Can you live in beautiful Pagosa, enjoy all that small, active town life offers and make a solid wage at PSMC, yes you can.
