Low Wages; Decent Benefits

Pros

The employees have a nice camaraderie and work culture. Most of the work isn't difficult if you can follow instructions. Since it is a subsidiary of UFP Industries there are some corporate benefits, including profit-sharing.

Cons

Quick summation: you can find a better workplace. Low wages and poor management. If you don't mind low pay and a bully for a general manager, you might like this place. The camaraderie can be a detriment, unfortunately. A common sentiment among employees is that it has led to many of them sticking around longer than they want to.
