Pros

The amount of industry knowledge in the office is amazing. The CEO built an initial team that included the best of the best from online gaming. The working environment is laid back but professional and everyone knows exactly what their responsibilities are. The senior C-Level management team in the office offers a great base of guidance and knowledge however also allows employees to bring their own ideas and skill sets to the table. You will never feel like you are being micro-managed in the Costa Mesa office. New ideas from employees while always not executable will always be welcomed by management. Overall a great place to work and the culture is above and beyond what you will find in most office jobs.

Cons

Collaboration between multiple offices (US & Canada) could be improved upon at times.

Pros

1. Compensation is decent, if you are upfront and clearly ask for it. 2. Job location is excellent and they offer parking also. 3. Learning curve is there, depends on the kind of work you get. Technical Manager in development was friendly and help you improve. 4. Good Work Life Balance.

Cons

1. Rigid and Arrogant Management. Its always my way and not a 2 way road. 2. Not flexible for remote work. They give you a giant computer and want you back in the office post pandemic or whenever possible asap. 3. No dedicated Human Resources Team, Lame policies, No employee care, No transparency in leaves, No culture, No company events. 4. No interaction between teams and colleagues. A lot of isolation is felt. People are not open to help each other. 5. Be sure to collect all the documents you might need, In case you leave this company, no one will care to respond back to you. Also, its really important to read the contract well before joining. 6. Senior Management clearly mentions that they don’t trust new employees. They equate number of years of working with pala = level of trust the management has on the employees.

None, you will be never benefited working here.

Cons

Toxic workplace. Toxic managers and management. They don’t care about the employees. All they care about is work. They don’t trust employees. Lot of back-stabbing. They don’t even have a HR. Lot of employees are leaving the company due to the above reasons.
