Business Outlook
Pros
There's decent people working here, everyone got along and the vibes were usually good. They weren't too restrictive with allowing time off which was also nice. They also considered me for a different position but my time was up working there.
Cons
The pay is incredibly low, especially with how much demand the job takes from your life and body. Working overtime every week with 12 hour shifts takes its toll mentally and physically and the pay did not make it worth it. I was also asked to train people for no additional pay as a regular level employee.
